FLANNELS AW19: In A New Light

There’s a reason we’re drawn to the same designers season after season, a reason that their houses have stood the test of time. Their collections are distinctive, beautifully designed and made from luxurious materials with consideration and flair. But whilst it’s the stylish heritage of labels like Gucci, Fendi and Valentino that has secured their place in the fashion annals, its their constantly-evolving approach to signature pieces and deft reimagining of our favourite styles that keeps us coming back for more. That, and the fact that they’re fire. For fashion is forever in flux, and each season brings with it new trends, silhouettes and prints to love and wear. So, we’re shining a light on the new season’s hottest looks – our AW19 campaign is here to show you how to style them.

GUCCI

Gucci designer Alessandro Michele has been putting vintage-inspired fashion in the spotlight ever since his first collection for the label in 2015. For AW19, ‘70s chic takes centre stage. Think flared jumpsuits with cinched-in GG belted waists, disco-ready platform heels and a Studio 54 vibe.

FENDI

Chic, ladylike pieces clash with rebellious, military-inspired accessories in Fendi’s latest collection. From prim car coats to chunky lace-up boots, think of it as a look defined by unexpected contrasts with signature Fendi highlights: playful details and the authentic FF logo designed by the late, great Karl Lagerfeld.

VALENTINO

Once famed for their ultra-feminine and seductive dresses, Valentino has emerged in 2019 as one of luxury fashion’s biggest streetwear champions. See the label in a whole new light by teaming urban staples with more elegant pieces to create a juxtaposition. Cue: oversized denim logo jackets and delicate kitten heels.
