Summer: with Cosima

Summer: with Cosima

We shot our Spring/Summer campaign with Cosima way back in March, before the year took a very different turn. Whilst the world of fashion has undoubtedly changed since then, our love for these images really hasn't. Introducing our rather lovely Summer with Cosima.

Like her music, Cosima can totally change the vibe in the room. It's something she's honed over time along with her art, which she's developed since the grand age of 10, when she started writing.

Classically trained and signed to a major label (by Amy Winehouse's manager) at 23, she was directing videos and running her own imprint, South of Heaven, by 25. Her level of focus is something she honed through this process, mentioning that "with anything, you have to center yourself and block everything out."

Through this, her songs have become truly distinct — tales of personal growth and setbacks, delivered by an inimitable voice that turns fluidly from gravel-deep to sky-high and airy. On shoot day, singing unprompted (and seemingly effortlessly) at a piano we’d simply lined up as a prop, she had us all completely hooked.
